Quick Answer
Light all three office lights by pulling the exploration lever, shooting the glass-covered wall button while your partner holds the blue control, and pulling the lever beyond the purple door. In We Were Here Tomorrow, the lights are the indicators above the P.A.T. Control Room door in the Office of Tomorrow.
This puzzle is part of the Office of Tomorrow walkthrough, after the Ring 4-1-5 Sequence opens the doors.
How do you light all three Office of Tomorrow lights?
Activate the first light with an exploration lever, the second by shooting the glass-covered button with your partner at blue, and the third by reaching the lever beyond the purple doorway from the opposite gravity orientation.
Split up using the purple moving platform
Have one player board the purple platform, then shoot the button beside it to move them across. This separates you so you can work the office controls from different positions.
The shootable button is beside the purple moving platform.

Pull the lever you find while exploring and check the office light indicator for the first lit light.
One of the three office lights is illuminated.

The floor control lever rotates the red L-shaped floor.

Locate the wall target near the red route. It is a button behind glass; your partner must reach the blue platform to open its cover before you shoot it.
The glass cover sits over the wall button near the red route.

Open the route to the blue platform
Follow the yellow wire into the upper purple area. Climb onto the bookcase below the window and shoot a cube through the window into the socket to open the blue door.
The bookcase below the window gives you the position for the cube shot.
Shown at 224:57 in ZedaphPlays’s video.Operate the paired door handles together to open the next door, then leave one player at the blue control.
The paired handle mechanism needs both players.
Shown at 223:24 in Tango Tek2’s video.Return to red and shoot the exposed button
With your partner operating the blue control to uncover the target, return through purple into red, go around the U-bend and step onto the rotated floor. Shoot the exposed wall button to activate the second light.
The rotated red floor gives you the shooting position for the wall button.
Shown at 224:13 in Tango Tek2’s video. The cube socket just inside the blue door opens that same door from the other side. It does not advance the last light, so move on to the purple stairs after the second light.
Hold the purple door open and approach from the other orientation
Have one player hold the lever that opens the door below the purple stairs. Keep them there while the other player takes the route to that doorway.
Your partner holds open the door at the bottom of the purple stairs.
Shown at 226:36 in Tango Tek2’s video. If the doorway looks too high to reach, stop trying to jump up to it. You need the opposite gravity orientation. Return to the large purple T-junction near the earlier moving platform, turn left instead of taking that platform, and continue forward through the route your partner is holding open.
Reach the final lever and return
Climb into the new area beyond the purple door and pull its wall lever for the final light.
A lever waits in the newly reached area beyond the purple door.

Once the third light is on, return to the Office of Tomorrow walkthrough to continue.
FAQ
Open the blue door with a cube shot through the window from the upper purple area. Follow the yellow wire to that area, use the bookcase for the shot, then work the paired handles with your partner.
One player must keep the opening lever held while the other approaches with the opposite gravity orientation. At the purple T-junction by the moving platform, take the left route to reach the doorway.
