The missing fuse hangs on a red mechanical hand overhead; your partner can lower the hand using the upper levers so you can grab it.
The upper levers lower the hand holding the fuse into your partner's reach.

- Pull the upper levers to lower the red hand. The player below should look up and grab the fuse from it.
- Put the fuse into the empty panel position. This opens a door so you can proceed.

How do you get the green key card from the anti-gravity room?
Have your partner operate the large upper lever to open the anti-gravity room door, then grab the green key card from the doorway without climbing inside.
